  2. If you received this utility in a ZIPfile or an archive, you probably noticed
  3. that the EXE file didn't compress.  This is because of an excellent program,
  4. LZEXE, by the French Shareware author, Fabrice Bellard.  It compresses an EXE
  5. file, and then uncompresses it to memory at run-time, so you never notice it's
  6. compressed, except for the smaller EXE file.  The new file is also encrypted,
  7. making it very difficult to alter, so you know the program is good.
